US President Joe Biden made a big announcement on Tuesday amid the ongoing war between Russia and Ukraine. Meanwhile, a senior administration official said the United States will unveil its 11th security aid package for Ukraine on Wednesday (local time), which will include the High Mobility Artillery Rocket System (HIMARS).
