"Russia's response will be swift, thoughtful, and sensitive," Dmitry Birichevsky, director of the Department of Economic Cooperation at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, was quoted as saying by RIA news agency.

 

Zelensky addressed the British Parliament

 

Earlier on Tuesday, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky delivered a "historic" speech in the 'House of Commons via video link. He urged UK lawmakers to declare Russia a "terrorist state" and called for tougher sanctions on Moscow to "make sure our country stays safe". The leader has addressed MPs directly in the House of Commons.
