If you make friends with animals, then they become the best friends in the world. Dogs and humans have proved this point time and time again. A dog's loyalty to its owner and its owner's love for him is nothing new, but in some cases stands out.

One such case has come to light from Paralakhemundi in Odisha. When a family living here took out their last journey on the death of their pet dog, everyone's eyes filled with tears.

Pet dogs lived together for 17 years

According to the information, the family living in Paralakhemundi had raised a dog named 'Anjali' 17 years ago. Such a friendship developed between this family and Anjali that he became a member of the family. Anjali would also have been involved in every small decision. He was taken care of in every little thing.

The family cried bitterly over the death

When Anjali died after 17 years, the family wept bitterly. The family members organized a unique event to bid him last farewell. Drums and drums were played and Anjali's unique funeral procession was taken out. The owner of the dog, Tunnu Gowda, took his body in his own hands to the cremation ground and cremated it according to Hindu rituals.
