An emergency meeting of the United Nations Security Council has been called on Thursday to discuss Ukraine. This meeting will take place at 3 pm today, in which the humanitarian situation in Ukraine will be discussed. The meeting has been called by the US, UK, France, Albania, Ireland, and Norway. Let us tell you that 21 days have passed since the war between Russia and Ukraine and still the situation does not seem to be improving. However, after talks so far failed to stop the ongoing war, Russia and Ukraine yesterday gave some indications that the possibility of reaching an agreement between the two sides is starting to appear.

Earlier, the International Court of Justice ordered Russia to immediately stop military action in Ukraine. The ICJ said this in the initial decision while hearing the petition filed by Ukraine. In the Supreme Court of the United Nations, 13 judges ruled in favor of Ukraine against two. Though the decisions of this court are binding, it does not have any mechanism to enforce its orders. This has been seen in the past also when countries have violated their order.

Russian hackers tampered with Ukrainian news channel

Russian hackers broke into the Ukrainian news channel Ukraine 24 and posted news of Zelensky's surrender. In return, the President of Ukraine also recorded a video about Russian soldiers laying down their arms and went viral. However, later the news channel issued an explanation in this regard and told the truth of the matter.
