Defence Minister Rajnath Singh on Friday visited Bhuj Air Force Station in Gujarat. Last week, there was an attempt to target this airbase by the Pakistani Army. Rajnath's visit came a day after he visited Jammu and Kashmir, reviewing the overall security situation along the Line of Control and the International Border. Earlier, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh visited Jammu and Kashmir on 15 May and took stock of the security situation there. Addressing the soldiers at Badami Bagh Cantonment in Srinagar, he said, 'Prime Minister Narendra Modi has redefined India's policy against terrorism. Now India's policy is that any attack on Indian soil will be considered a war.' He described Operation Sindoor as India's biggest anti-terrorism action till date and said, 'This was not just a defense, but a response taken by taking a bold decision. The terrorists killed our people because of their religion, we punished them for their deeds. This was our religion.'
