Earlier in the court on Monday, the UPSC said that it is impossible to postpone the exam, as all the logistic arrangements have already been done. Subsequently, a 3-judge bench headed by Justice AM Khanwilkar asked the UPSC to put this fact in an affidavit and keep it with the arrangements.
