According to the media cell of Gautam Budh Nagar Police, on January 2, on information about the discovery of the body of an unknown woman on the Eastern Peripheral Highway under Dadri police station area, the station in-charge Dadri immediately reached the spot along with the police force and took the dead body in possession and sent it for post-mortem as per the panchayatnama. It is noteworthy that on the eve of New Year, a hair-raising incident took place in the Sultanpuri police station area of outer Delhi.
