Now democracies around the world are competing with China in areas such as artificial intelligence, quantum computing, renewable energy, modern semiconductor manufacturing, etc. He said that all the democratic countries of the world, including India and America, should try to make this technology a carrier of prosperity and not a weapon of autocratic rule. The US lawmaker said that China is using artificial intelligence to spy on its people. While praising India, Schumer said that India is incomparable and he also praised the people of Indian origin living in America.
