The phase of the poster war between the BJP and Aam Aadmi Party has started in the national capital Delhi. BJP leader Manjinder Singh Sirsa put up controversial posters against Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on the walls at Mandi House on Thursday in response to the Aam Aadmi Party putting up posters against Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Slogans like 'Arvind Kejriwal ko hatao Delhi Bachao' have been written on the posters pasted on the Chief Minister.

Chief Minister Kejriwal has given his response by tweeting about this. He said, "These people have put up posters against me in Delhi. I have no objection to this. In a democracy, people have every right to express their opinion for or against their leader. Those who put up posters against me should not be arrested." Go."

It is noteworthy that earlier on Wednesday (March 22), the Delhi Police registered 114 FIRs in connection with the pasting of posters against the Prime Minister in public places in the capital and 36 other illegal posters. The police have taken this action in connection with the pasting of illegal posters which ran a campaign all over Delhi for two days on Monday and Tuesday.

A total of six accused have been arrested in this case, including two owners of a printing press, a driver of a Maruti van, and three workers who pasted posters. They have also been released on bail from the police station. Police have taken this action under the Press and Registration of Books Act apart from the Defamation Act. Slogans like Modi Hatao Desh Bachao were written on the posters pasted on the Prime Minister.

150 FIRs registered for pasting posters

Police have recovered thousands of illegal posters from a Maruti van that came out from the headquarters of a political party. Special Commissioner Law and Order Dipendra Pathak say that such action is taken by Delhi Police from time to time. This type of action will continue in the future as well. A total of 150 FIRs have been registered for pasting illegal posters.

Police have seized a Maruti van carrying illegal posters from the office of a political party to be pasted at public places in the capital. Thousands of posters have been found in the van. The name of the printing press is not written anywhere on the said poster. He said that it becomes the responsibility of the Delhi Police to stop the details of any act defined as public property regarding economic, commercial, political, social, or any other subject matter.

According to the Act, it is legally mandatory to have a clear description of the printer on every poster, pamphlet, and banner. In case of failure to do so, there is a provision to take punitive action under the Press and Registration of Books Act apart from the Defamation Act. The strings of the filed lawsuits are linked to the same printer, and publisher.

You are spreading hatred – BJP

Delhi BJP spokesperson Praveen Shankar Kapoor said that every political party is free to campaign, but they should have the courage to run their campaign in public. The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) is running a campaign of spreading hatred against the Prime Minister from behind the scenes.

Before putting up banners and posters against the Prime Minister, you should know that this hate-mongering campaign of his will alienate him from the people. The love of the countrymen towards the Prime Minister is increasing further. Its glimpse can be seen from Arunachal Pradesh to Gujarat and from Kashmir to Kanya Kumari.
