According to the Meteorological Department, the mercury may fall further in the next few days. Therefore, in the coming days, the cold is going to increase the difficulties of the people. Effect of cold winds in Delhi-NCR

The effect of cold winds blowing in the hilly areas is being seen in Delhi-NCR. Thursday was the coldest day of the season in Delhi. The maximum temperature in Delhi was recorded at 23.4 degrees Celsius. This is the lowest maximum temperature this season so far.

 

Warning about the cold wave in Uttarakhand

In most areas of the state, it is getting cold in the morning and evening. According to the Meteorological Department, the weather may remain dry in most areas for the next few days. A warning has been issued regarding cold waves in the surrounding plains including Udham Singh Nagar. The mercury has also started rolling fast now. The department said that fog can disturb in the next few days.

 

Mercury will also fall in Chhattisgarh

On the other hand, Chhattisgarh is also going to experience severe cold in the next two-three days. The Meteorological Department said that a drop of 5 degrees Celsius in the minimum temperature would be recorded in the state in the next three days. The minimum temperature of Raipur was recorded at 18.9 degrees Celsius on Thursday.

 

Cold Wave Alert

The Meteorological Department has predicted a cold wave in some areas of Himachal Pradesh and Rajasthan from 16 to 18 December. Apart from this, mercury is going to drop in Punjab and Haryana as well.
