Due to the rains in North India, people in many states have gotten relief from the scorching heat. People are breathing a sigh of relief after a heavy storm and heavy rain. In many states including Delhi, UP, Bihar, Punjab, Haryana, and MP Jharkhand, the temperature has come down by up to 10 degrees Celsius. According to the Meteorological Department, the weather will remain pleasant in all these areas for the next few days. According to the Meteorological Department, there may be rain in many places on Wednesday as well. At present, the heatwave will continue over West and Central India.

 

Due to a Western Disturbance, a Cyclonic Circulation is persisting over Jammu and Kashmir and its adjoining areas. Therefore, scattered rains may occur over Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, and Rajasthan. Apart from this, there is also a possibility of strong winds. A dust storm is possible in Rajasthan.

 

Rain in these states for the next 3 days

 

According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of strong winds in Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, and Bengal during the next 3 days. Along with this, the rain will also continue in some areas. Meanwhile, the good news is that now the rains have weakened a bit in the North-East. But during the next 5 days, there may be heavy rain in some places over Bengal and Sikkim.

 

Strong winds will blow in these areas

 

According to Skymet Weather, there is a possibility of strong winds over the Northeast Arabian Sea, Northern parts of Gujarat, Southwest, and Bay of Bengal. The wind speed in these areas can remain between 40 to 50 kmph. On the other hand, light to moderate rains is possible over Kerala, South Interior Karnataka and Andaman and the Nicobar Islands, and Lakshadweep.

 

The mercury will rise in Delhi but there will be relief from the scorching heat

 

 The scorching heat is currently away from Delhi. It will be partly cloudy on Wednesday as well. According to the Meteorological Department, today the maximum temperature is 36 and the minimum temperature is 20 degrees Celsius, while on Thursday the maximum temperature is 39 and the minimum temperature is likely to be 21 degrees Celsius. There is a forecast of light cloud cover and intermittent roaring cloud formation activity throughout the week.

 

Weather will remain clear in Himachal for the next few days

 

The weather will now remain clear in Himachal Pradesh for the next few days. The sun will bloom during the day, due to which the temperature will increase. Due to the rain in the state for three days, the temperature has dropped drastically.

 

Light rain with strong winds likely in Uttarakhand

 

After the snowfall and rain for the last two days, the temperature has dropped in Uttarakhand. People have gotten relief from the heat. According to the Meteorological Department, there may be a cloudy sky in the mountainous areas on Wednesday. There are chances of light rain. Strong winds can also blow at some places on the plains.
