During the last 24 hours, due to favorable monsoon in the remaining parts including Patna, there was drizzle at some places and light rain at other places.

According to Bikram Singh, Director of the Meteorological Center, today there may be light showers with thunder in Nainital, Bageshwar, Almora, Champawat, Rudraprayag, Chamoli, and Uttarkashi. In other districts, the sky may remain partly cloudy to clear. There are chances of heavy rainfall at isolated places in the state between 9th and 12th September.
