Senior officers have been told to patrol mixed population areas in all districts with police, PAC and Central Armed Police Force and remain mobile in the field. Information about even a small incident should be taken with utmost seriousness and prompt action should be ensured.

He said that monitoring of all internet media platforms has also been increased. Additional PAC and police have also been deployed in sensitive districts.
