Russians are voting for the presidential election at a specially arranged booth at the Russia House, the Honorary Consulate of the Russian Federation in Thiruvananthapuram. Rathish Nair, Russia's consul and director of the Russian House in Thiruvananthapuram, said this was the third time he had arranged voting for the Russian presidential election.
