South superstar Dhanush and Aishwarya Rajinikanth have filed their divorce petition in the family court of Chennai for separation. Earlier in the year 2022, Aishwarya Rajinikanth shared this with her fans through her social media post that they can no longer live together. After the divorce petition, now people want to know who will get custody of Dhanush and Aishwarya Rajinikanth's children.

No negativity between Dhanush and Aishwarya

Dhanush and Aishwarya Rajinikanth are parents of two sons. Now that both have decided to separate, the question arises as to with whom the children will live. If media reports are to be believed, Dhanush and Aishwarya Rajinikanth are behaving very cordially with each other in the courtroom. They are handling it amicably. Both are not seen making any allegations against each other.

Aishwarya may get custody of her sons

Dhanush and Aishwarya were married in 2004 and have two sons, Yatra and Linga. If reports are to be believed, both are not fighting for the custody of the children. It is believed that after the divorce the children will live with the mother. If sources are to be believed, Dhanush has no problem with this. Even before this, both of them are co-parenting their children very well since the year 2022.

Dhanush and Aishwarya respect each other

Aishwarya is the daughter of South superstar Rajinikanth. While sharing a post on her social media in the year 2022, Aishwarya wrote, 'Dhanush and I have supported each other for 18 years as husband and wife and as friends. Now we are separating with mutual consent. This is right for the development of both of us.
