Asked whether an FIR has been filed against Greta Thunberg, Praveer Ranjan said that no one has been named in the case yet. He said a case has been registered against unknown people under criminal conspiracy, sedition, and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.
He said that Delhi Police has got a document named 'Toolkit' through an account. In it, an action plan was said to spoil the social harmony in the country. He said that in the initial investigation, this document was linked to a pro-Khalistani organization called 'Poetic Justice Foundation'.
He said that in the document on 26 January, including the violence, several steps had been taken in this document. The purpose of this 'toolkit' is to wage a 'social, cultural and economic war against the Indian government'.
