US reaction on PM Modi's comment 'Today's era is not of war', America told India a major ally

'India is a global strategic partner of America'

The Biden administration said on Monday that India is a global strategic partner of America. Explain that Foreign Minister Antony Blinken has left for New Delhi to participate in several major conferences including the G-20 Foreign Ministers' meeting. Antony Blinken will also attend the Quad ministerial meeting and hold bilateral talks with External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar.

 

What Spokesperson Ned Price Press Said

US State Department spokesman Ned Price said during the press conference that India is a global strategic partner of ours. We have extensive and deep ties with India. He said there will be a lot on the agenda in bilateral relations and multilateral events he will participate in during the G20.

He further said that we share a vision with India of a free and open Indo-Pacific region and India is a major partner of ours bilaterally in terms of the Quad as well as other international groupings, even as we have established some such partnerships. India has been a key player in trying to link the world together. We've talked a lot recently about I2U2, which is a new partnership it includes India, the United Arab Emirates, and the United States.

 

The US Secretary of State will visit India on March 1

Explain that after he visits Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken will reach India on March 1 on a three-day visit. Both Russia and China are expected to engage in dialogue during their bilateral meetings.
