24 MPs, who were suspended demanding discussion in Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha, sat on a dharna in front of the Gandhi statue in the Parliament House complex on Wednesday night. Necessary facilities including food and drink for these MPs were arranged by the opposition parties.

According to sources, DMK has taken responsibility for the breakfast of the MPs sitting on dharna on Thursday. Lunch will be organized by Trinamool Congress and dinner by Aam Aadmi Party. On Wednesday, DMK MP Tiruchi Siva fed dosa for breakfast to the sitting MPs on dharna. The food roster ranges from curd-rice to halwa. The dinner was organized by Trinamool Congress.
The sit-in of the MPs started at 11 am on Wednesday and will continue till 1 pm on Friday. Some women involved in the dharna and elderly MPs are joining this demonstration in the shift. This performance of MPs is of 50 hours.
