CBSE Class 10, 12 Term 2 Exams Begins: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has started the examinations for class 10th and class 12th. On the first day, CBSE Class 10th Term-2 examinations will begin with Painting, Rai, Gurung, Sherpa, Tamang, and Thai papers. Whereas the Term-2 CBSE exam of class 12th started with the papers of Entrepreneurship, Beauty, and Wellness. CBSE class 10th and 12th papers have started at 10:30 am.

More than 35 lakh students are appearing for the CBSE Term-2 board exams. While 21,16,209 students have registered for the Class 10th 2nd exam, 14,54,370 students have registered to appear for class 12th exams.
The board has made elaborate arrangements for the conduct of examinations in 26 countries in India and abroad. Class 10th CBSE Term-2 exam is being conducted in 7,406 centers across the country, while the class 12th exam is being conducted in 6,720 centers.
Term-1 or Term-2 Those who take only one exam will also pass
Earlier on Monday at 11 am, CBSE conducted a live webinar on the modalities of Term-2 Examination 2022. In this webinar, CBSE said that even those who have left anyone examination of Term-1 or Term-2, will not fail. Grades will be awarded to them based on their performance in one of the two examinations.
However, the board clarified that if the student fails to appear in both the Term-1 and Term-2 examinations conducted by CBSE, he will be deemed to have failed. Also, this year you will not be allowed to appear in the compartment examination. Such students will have to appear in the examination next year.
CBSE Term-2 Exam Guidelines for Students
Candidates have to carry their hand sanitizer in a transparent bottle.
Candidates will have to cover their nose, mouth, and nose with a mask.
Students appearing in the CBSE Term-2 examination will have to follow the norms of social distancing.
Students will be allotted additional 15 minutes to read the paper during the exam.
CBSE Term 2 exam will start at 10:30 am and will continue till 12:30 pm.
Students have to reach the exam center one hour before the commencement of the exam i.e. at 9:30 am.
Entry to the examination hall will be prohibited after 10 am, thus students must ensure that they reach the examination centers on time.
No student will be allowed to appear in the examination without a hard copy of the admit card.
Students must go in their school uniform to take the exam.
A maximum of 18 students will be seated inside the examination hall.
