Prime Minister Narendra Modi spoke on the telephone late Thursday night with Russian President Vladimir Putin, who was targeted by the US and Western countries after a heavy attack on Ukraine late on Wednesday. According to a statement issued by the Prime Minister's Office, the Prime Minister reiterated his old view that differences can be resolved only through honest and serious dialogue between Russia and NATO.
