The number of active patients is continuously decreasing
The ministry said that 16,251 people have also recovered from Corona during this period. The number of active cases of corona in the country is decreasing. The active cases of Corona are now 1,01,343. Currently, the daily positivity rate in the country is 3.48 percent while the weekly positivity rate has gone up to 4.20 percent. Apart from this, the recovery rate is 98.58 percent. Significantly, a total of 4 crores 36 lakh 70 thousand 315 people have been cured of corona in the country. At the same time, a total of 5 lakh 27 thousand 206 people have lost their lives.
Vaccination campaign continues in the country
Along with this, the anti-corona vaccination campaign is also going on in the country. So far, about 209 crore doses of the vaccine have been administered across the country. The first dose has been administered to more than 102 crore people, while the second dose has been given to more than 93 crore people. Along with this, more than 12 crore people have also got precaution doses. In the last 24 hours, 38 crores and 64 lakh 471 doses of the vaccine have been administered.
