CUET UG: Ten students outperformed in all five subjects, the worst performance in the General Aptitude paper

A total of 21, 159 students got 100 percentile in the first CUET UG- 2022 for undergraduate admissions. Out of these ten students got 100 percentile in all five subjects. While 114 students got 100-100 percentile in four subjects. The special thing is that of course 22 thousand students have managed to get 100 percentile, but their performance in General Aptitude Test i.e. General Knowledge paper is very poor.

 

Only 56 students got 100 percentile in the General Aptitude Test. Of these, 23 are girls and 33 are boys. In this paper, they had to solve questions from General Knowledge, General Maths Calculations, etc., in which they failed. NTA Director General Vineet Joshi says that the overall performance of students in CUET UG is very good.

 

Especially 8221 in English, 2057 in Political Science, 1166 in Sanskrit, 1186 in Psychology, 1187 in Economics, 1660 in Business Studies, and 1328 in Biology have got 100 percentile. In CUET UG, a maximum of five subjects can be selected by the students in the exam. The performance of the students in the Teaching Aptitude Test is also very poor. Only 37 students got 100 percentile.

These included English, Hindi, Accountancy, French, History, Economics, Geography, Legal Studies, Business Studies, Home Science, Mathematics, Political Science, Psychology, etc.

Girls have the best performance as compared to boys in CUET UG. Girls have not only scored 100 percentile but also in English, Hindi, Biology, Fine-Visual Art, Geography, History, Home Science, Mass Media, Legal Studies, Physical Education-NCC-Yoga, Political Science, and Psychology. Girls have succeeded in getting 100 percent more than boys.

For the promotion of 13 Indian languages ​​including Hindi and English, students were given the option of these languages ​​in CUET UG, but the medium of examination preferred by the students was only English. 8.8 lakh candidates opted for the English language in the exam. Whereas in Hindi this figure was 2.85 lakh.
