Kisan Tractor March Delhi NCR Traffic Advisory: Bharatiya Kisan Union (BKU) and United Kisan Morcha (SKM) organizations have announced a tractor march today. Farmers are continuously demanding to ensure minimum support price (MSP). In such a situation, farmers will gather in Noida today. Under the leadership of BKU spokesperson Chaudhary Rakesh Tikait, tractor chains will be made on the highways in various districts of Western UP today. Given the march, Noida Police has issued a traffic advisory.

This week, two additional groups of farmers under the banner of Bharatiya Kisan Union (BKU) Tikait and BKU Lokshakti will march from Noida to Delhi demanding a law ensuring minimum support price (MSP). This comes after two farmer groups, Bharatiya Kisan Parishad and All India Kisan Sabha, held protests in the city near NTPC Noida and front of the Greater Noida Authority headquarters, The Times of India reported.
Alert on Delhi-Noida border
On the call of United Kisan Morcha, the Bharatiya Kisan Union Tikait group is proposed to hold a tractor march on Yamuna Expressway, Luharli Toll Plaza, and Mahamaya Flyover and march to Delhi after getting advance orders. In such a situation, Delhi Police and Gautam Buddha Nagar Police have increased the security arrangements by installing barriers on all the borders from Gautam Buddha Nagar to the Delhi border. There may be traffic jams on the routes from Gautam Buddha Nagar to the Delhi border and Yamuna Expressway, Luharli Toll Plaza, etc. In such a situation, diversion has been done on many routes.
Police have said that people should travel by metro.
The arrival of all types of goods vehicles will be restricted on the route from Yamuna Expressway to Delhi via Noida-Greater Noida Expressway and from Sirsa to Surajpur via Parichowk. Use these routes.
1- Vehicles going from Chilla Border to Delhi will be able to reach their destination via Sector 14A flyover via Golchakkar Chowk Sector 15, Sandeep Paper Mill Chowk, Jhundpura Chowk.
2- Vehicles going from the DND border to Delhi will be able to reach their destination using the elevated via Filmcity flyover, Sector 18.
3- Vehicles going from the Kalindi border to Delhi will be able to reach their destination via Mahamaya flyover via Sector 37.
4- Traffic going to Delhi using Yamuna Expressway will be able to get down from Jewar Toll towards Khurja and reach the destination via Jahangirpur.
5- The traffic going to Delhi via Sirsa, Parichowk after getting off the Peripheral Expressway will be able to go to the destination via Dadri, Dasna instead of getting down at Sirsa.
6- Using NH-91, traffic going from Ghaziabad to Dadri via Bulandshahr will be able to reach the destination from Ghaziabad via Hapur.
7- Using NH-91, the traffic going from Bulandshahr towards Dadri will be able to reach the destination from Bulandshahr via Hapur.
8- Emergency vehicles will be sent to safe destinations during the diversion.

Remove barricades on the borders of Delhi
The barricade installed at the Tikri border to prevent farmers from marching to Delhi has been removed. While late Saturday night, barricades were removed from one lane going from Delhi to Haryana, on Sunday, barricades were removed from one lane on both sides. Since then the movement of vehicles has started. At the same time, the work of opening service lanes on both sides is going on at the Singhu border.
Police officials said that the work of removing the barricades on the Tikri border started at 4 pm on Saturday. The police first removed the blockage created by containers, trucks, and old vehicles kept in one lane. After that, the police started the work of removing the jersey barrier with the help of a crane. Also, the barbed wire was removed. After that, the work of removing the concrete wall in the Jersey barrier was started.
The police officer said that all the barricades placed on the road in one lane were removed late on Saturday night. Due to this the movement of vehicles going from Delhi to Haryana started. After that, the work of removing the barricade from the route coming from Haryana to Delhi was started. All the barricades were removed from this route also on Sunday morning. After that, vehicular movement started on both routes.
The work of removing barricades from the service lanes on both sides of the Singhu border was started on Saturday evening itself. Containers, trucks, old vehicles, barbed wire, and other barricades installed on the service lane going from Haryana to Delhi and from Delhi to Haryana were removed. At present, the work of removing the jersey barriers installed on both the service lanes and the concrete wall built on the road is still pending.
The work of removing it is continuing. It takes a lot of effort to remove the concrete wall. Due to the barricade not being completely removed, both routes are currently closed for vehicular movement. The police officer says that vehicular movement will start only after the concrete wall is removed from both service lanes.
