PM Modi on Farmers: PM Modi's statement came amid the farmers' movement, and spoke from his heart

PM Modi on Farmers Farmers of Punjab and Haryana are agitating demanding a law on MSP. Meanwhile, giving relief to the farmers, the government yesterday took a historic decision to increase the purchase of sugarcane. Now PM Modi's statement has come on this.

 

PM Modi tweeted, "Our government is committed to fulfilling every resolution related to the welfare of farmers across the country. In this context, a historic increase in the sugarcane purchase price has been approved. Crores of our sugarcane farmers will benefit from this step.

 

Cabinet increased the price of sugarcane purchase

Let us tell you that the Union Cabinet took many important decisions on Wednesday, the biggest decision of which was to approve an eight percent increase in the price of sugarcane procurement. Modi government has increased the sugarcane procurement price from Rs 315 per quintal to Rs 340 per quintal.

 

Due to this decision, the price of sugarcane has increased by Rs 25 per quintal.
