Let us tell you that in this Lok Sabha election, while the BJP fielded Smriti Irani from Amethi, the Congress did not field Rahul and bet on Kishori Lal Sharma.

On this, BJP had taunted that Rahul Gandhi left Amethi and ran away to Rae Bareli out of fear of Smriti Irani, which is not right in any sense, but in this election, the people of Amethi have rejected Smriti Irani and chosen Kishori Lal as their leader.
