The entire bureaucracy is busy preparing the budget of Haryana for the year 2025-26. While Chief Minister Naib Singh Saini has received suggestions from about 10 thousand people from across the state, he has also sought the opinion of his cabinet ministers, MPs, MLAs and leaders of opposition parties along with prominent people from every sector.

While there will be adequate funds for the already running development projects in the state government's budget, provision will be made for new projects. In the budget, the government is going to emphasize reducing revenue expenditure and increasing capital expenditure.

CM Saini can present a budget of 2 lakh crores.

As the Finance Minister, Chief Minister Naib Singh Saini can present a budget of about Rs 2 lakh crore for the year 2025-26 this time. Last year, the then Chief Minister Manohar Lal had presented a budget of Rs 1.89 lakh crore.

The slogan of Non-Stop Haryana will be visible in Naib Singh Saini's budget. As soon as he took over the power of the state, Nayab Saini gave the slogan of non-stop Haryana for the development of the state, which he now has a great opportunity to prove.

The budget is going to focus on four sectors.

This time the budget of the Haryana government is going to focus on four main sectors. The first sector among these is Antyodaya, in which the government is going to focus on welfare schemes for the poor and needy people.

The scope of the Chief Minister's Tirth Yatra Yojana will be expanded and the scheme of LPG cylinders for Rs 500 for poor women will be continued. The government plans to provide poor people with their own houses under the Chief Minister Rural and Urban Housing Schemes. In this time's budget, the pension of the elderly can be increased.

The second sector is farmers, which the government has named Annadaata. In this sector, the government is going to start many new schemes for the welfare of the farmers by guaranteeing the purchase of all the crops of the farmers at MSP.

The government is providing huge subsidy on electricity to the farmers, which can be continued this time also. Every year, a subsidy of about seven thousand crore rupees is provided to farmers.

The state government will encourage natural farming in this year's budget and can provide a subsidy of 30 thousand rupees on the purchase of cow. Although the Haryana government is not in favor of waiving the loans of farmers, their interest amount can be eliminated.

Help to youth in preparing for competitive examinations

The third sector is the youth, for which large employment opportunities will be provided. In the last 10 years, the government has claimed to have given about two and a quarter lakh government jobs without any slip or expense.

A guarantee of securing the services of one lakh 20 thousand contractual employees till retirement will be given in the budget. In the sector of youth welfare, the government is going to give the most emphasis on their skill development. E-libraries will be opened in schools and colleges in rural areas, so that the youth can prepare for competitive examinations free of cost.

Reservation possible for women to open Harhit stores

The fourth focus sector of the Haryana government is Nari Shakti, in which budget provision will be made to achieve the target of making about five lakh women of the state Lakhpati Didi. Funds will be managed in the budget to make five thousand women Drone Didi.

There is also a possibility of an increase in the honorarium of Anganwadi workers. To encourage the self-help groups of women operating in the state, the government is operating ration depots in the name of women. They can be given reservations to open Harhit stores.

The budget will be development-oriented and in the interest of 2.80 crore people.

The budget for the year 2025-26 will be development-oriented, in which special attention will be given to areas like agriculture, education, health, sports, infrastructure, and women empowerment.
