The results of the Vice Presidential election have been announced. NDA candidate CP Radhakrishnan has won the Vice Presidential election. CP Radhakrishnan got 452 votes. Whereas the candidate of the Indy alliance, B. Sudarshan Reddy, got 300 votes. With this big victory, CP Radhakrishnan will be the 15th Vice President of the country.

 

A total of 767 MPs cast their votes in the Vice Presidential election held on 9 September. Out of these 767 votes, 15 votes were rejected.

 

CP Radhakrishnan got 452 votes.

 

Rajya Sabha Secretary General PC Modi said that NDA candidate and Maharashtra Governor CP Radhakrishnan got 452 first preference votes. He has been elected as the Vice President of India. The opposition's Vice Presidential candidate, B. Sudarshan Reddy, got 300 first preference votes.
