Himachal Election 2022: Himachal BJP released the list of 62 candidates, and tickets of 11 MLAs cut

Himachal Pradesh Assembly Election 2022, BJP has released the list of 62 candidates for the Himachal Pradesh Assembly elections. The names of many other leaders including Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur are included in this. Himachal Pradesh goes to polls on November 12. The BJP high command has changed the ranks of two ministers and cut the ticket of one minister. Tickets of 11 MLAs have been cut. The name of the senior-most minister in the government, Mahendra Singh Thakur, is missing from the list. However, his son has been given a ticket from Dharampur light.

 

The party has also changed the ranks of two considered powerful ministers in the Jairam government. The BJP has fielded senior Shimla district leader Suresh Bhardwaj, who has been playing the election innings from the capital for a long time, from Kusumpti. Similarly, the party's leader from Kangra and Dabang Minister Rakesh Pathania's light has also changed, this time instead of Nurpur, he has fielded him in the election season from Fatehpur.

 

Tickets to five women, 19 candidates from SC and ST category

The BJP high command has cut the tickets of 11 sitting MLAs and changed the assembly constituencies of two ministers. The ticket of a minister was cut and given to the son. BJP has made five women candidates in the electoral fray. BJP has given tickets to 11 candidates from the SC category and eight from ST. The tickets of the MLAs of Bharmour, Chamba, Jawali, Dharamsala, Ani, Karsog, Drang, Sarkaghat, Bhoranj, and Bilaspur have been cut.

Sarveen Choudhary from Shahpur, Rakesh Chaudhary from Dharamsala, Ranvir Nikka from Noorpur, Sanjay Guleria from Jawali, Rakesh Pathania from Fatehpur, Pawan Kajal from Kangra and Trilok Kapoor from Palampur, Mulkh Raj Premi from Baijnath, Rita Dhiman from Indora, Bikram from Jaswan Paragpur Thakur, Ravindra Dhiman from Jaisinghpur, Vipin Parmar from Sulah, Arun Kumar Mehra Kuka from Nagrota Bagwan has been fielded.

 

Four old faces in Sirmaur

Out of 5 assembly seats of district Sirmaur, old faces have been given tickets on 4, while this time new face Narayan Singh has been given a ticket from Srirenukaji. For the first time in district Sirmaur, two national parties Congress and BJP have declared women candidates from Pachhad.

Dr. Janak Raj in Bharmour

The ticket of the MLA of Bharmour has been cut. In his place, Dr. Janak Raj has been made the candidate. The biggest change on the part of the party has been done by fielding Dr. Janak from Bharmour in the election season. However, three more leaders were engaged in the fight for the BJP ticket. But their hands have been empty. Dr. Janak Raj was serving as the Medical Superintendent of IGMC Shimla and had taken VRS two months back.

 

Minister Rakesh Pathania's light revenge, Nurpur to Nika

Jai Ram Thakur will contest from the Saraj assembly constituency in the Mandi district. Chamba MLA Pawan Nayar's ticket has also been cut, and Indira Kapoor has been made a candidate. The seat of MLA and minister Rakesh Pathania has been changed from Nurpur, and the new assembly constituency of Rakesh Pathania will be Fatehpur. Ranveer Singh Nika has been made the candidate from Nurpur.

 

Jairam Thakur's name at number one

The name of Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur is number one on the list. Hansraj's ticket from Churah has also been finalized. The party has again reposed faith in Rita Dhiman from Indora. The ticket of MLA from Dharamshala, Vishal Naihariya has been cut, and Rakesh Chaudhary has been made the candidate.

The BJP has also nominated Chetan Bragata, son of former minister Narendra Bragata. Here the party has given a ticket out of its constitution. At the same time, in Dharampur also, after the removal of the minister's father, his son Rajat Thakur has been made a candidate.
