Indian wicket-keeper batsman Ishan Kishan is running in excellent rhythm. After scoring a stormy half-century in his second Test match against West Indies, he has also scored half-centuries in two consecutive ODIs. Along with playing a half-century innings in the second ODI against West Indies, he has made many records in his name. Ishan Kishan scored his second consecutive half-century in the second ODI against the West Indies in Barbados on Saturday. In this match, he made a special record by leaving behind the great batsman Sachin Tendulkar.

 

Ishan Kishan is the Indian opener with the most runs in the first five ODI innings. He has scored 348 runs in his first five innings in ODIs. These include a double century as well. Ishaan Kishan has left Sachin Tendulkar behind. Sachin scored 321 runs in his first five innings as an opener in ODIs. At the same time, Shubman Gill scored 320 and Kris Srikkanth scored 261 runs.

 

 

Ishaan has equaled Dhoni's six-year-old record by scoring two consecutive half-centuries against the West Indies. If he scores a half-century in the third ODI as well, he will break Dhoni's record. Ishaan is the second Indian to score two consecutive fifties as a wicket-keeper batsman. MS Dhoni scored half-centuries in two consecutive innings against the West Indies in 2017.

Ishan Kishan, 25, has played two Tests for India and scored 78 runs. His average is also 78. He has scored a half-century in Tests. At the same time, Kishan has scored 617 runs in 15 innings of 16 ODIs. This includes one double century and five half-centuries. Kishan averages 44.07 and a strike rate of 106.01 in ODIs. In T20, Ishaan has played 27 matches and scored 653 runs. He averages 25.12 and has a strike rate of 122.74. Kishan has scored four half-centuries in T20.
