'If Muslim maulanas are issuing fatwas, so am I...', Raj Thackeray's big statement on Uddhav Thackeray

The campaign for the assembly elections in Maharashtra is at its peak. All the politicians are running around for campaigning. In this episode, Maharashtra Navnirman Sena president Raj Thackeray spoke openly on many issues during an election meeting. He said, I had said earlier that PM Narendra Modi should develop only Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, and Jharkhand, Maharashtra cannot bear the burden of so many people. Thackeray said I am happy that now some work is being done there.

 

The MNS chief further said that there was a vacancy in the railways in Maharashtra. But, people came from Uttar Pradesh and Bihar to take the exam. After our movement, our people came to know that these jobs were for us. After the movement, when Mamata Banerjee became the Railway Minister, she was allowed to write the exam in Marathi, after which thousands of Marathi people got jobs. This was the work of the government, but we did this work while being out of power.

 

Thackeray said, give me power once and see. You once gave me a chance in Nashik, the amount of development that Nashik saw during our time, never happened before. So give me a chance.

 

'100 percent of jobs will be given to sons of the soil'

Thackeray said that this is not a movie of Shahrukh Khan and Salman Khan which opens in theatres on Friday and then closes down the next Friday. Five years of our and your life are wasted. Our manifesto will come. In that, 100 percent of jobs will be given to sons of the soil. Then if something is left, outsiders will be given a chance. I express my gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi that he gave Marathi the status of an elite language.

 

'I also issue a fatwa, vote for us'

He said that if Muslim maulanas are issuing a fatwa, then I also issue a fatwa, vote for us. Wherever my candidates are standing, vote for them. MNS made many movements while being out of power. After Balasaheb Thackeray, only we did the movement. I do not sell dreams, I do what is possible. All the grounds between Colaba and Mahim are British-era grounds. Thackeray said that Muslim clerics are issuing fatwas that Uddhav Thackeray became the Chief Minister, everyone knows how he became the Chief Minister, and there is no ideology left.

 

'Janaab was added before Balasaheb Thackeray's name'

The MNS leader said that after Uddhav Thackeray became the Chief Minister, the word Hindu Hriday Samrat was removed from Balasaheb Thackeray's poster on Shiv Sena's (UBT) poster. This was done because Congress and NCP would feel bad. Janaab was added before Balasaheb Thackeray's name in Muslim settlements. If I am given power, I will get the loudspeakers removed from all mosques in the next 48 hours and if stopped, I will ask Mumbai Police to take revenge for Raza Adkemi.
