Amar Ujala had a special conversation with retired Army Air Defense Colonel Urvinder Singh about the way India destroyed terrorist hideouts in Pakistan and its occupied Kashmir after the Pahalgam terrorist attack, and the tension with Pakistan increased, and then a ceasefire was imposed.
Colonel Urvinder Singh said that India's defense system is now very strong. It has forced Pakistan to retreat, but Pakistan cannot be trusted. Pakistan has always betrayed us. For this reason, the Indian Air Force is still alert and has said that the operation is still going on.
Colonel Urvinder said that although we have many heroes from Operation Sindoor, one of them is the S-400 missile system. It foiled Pakistan's evil intentions. It foiled Pakistan's drone and missile attacks. Along with this, India destroyed Pakistan's air defense system in Lahore. This is the reason why Pakistan is scared now, and it is no longer capable of bearing the war situation.
India gave a clear message.
He said that India's air defense system is so strong that it destroyed important bases of Pakistan, but it did not even know about it. The message that India has given is clear that if any attempt is made to launch a terrorist attack in the future, it will be given a befitting reply. This entire war has been going on with the air defense system till now. India's system has become stronger with the new technology. Pakistan was attacking with 200 to 300 drones every day, all those drones were shot down by the Indian Army. Also, Pakistan's missiles did not work for it, because the army destroyed them in the air.
Took charge in Rajasthan during Operation Parakram
Colonel Urvinder Singh also shared his experience during his deployment in the army during this time. He told that he was posted in Ambala at the time of the attack on Parliament in the year 2001. Only after this, his unit in Rajasthan got a chance to take charge against Pakistan under Operation Parakram. He kept the Pakistani army suppressed during this operation for 11 to 12 months. Once, on orders, he even entered Pakistan. He said that his platoon was deployed on the border along with the tank unit.
