Virat Kohli eyes a huge milestone: Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) hasn't had a good start in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022. Despite scoring 205 runs in their first match, Bangalore suffered a five-wicket defeat at the hands of the Punjab Kings. RCB will now take on the two-time champions Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) at the DY Patil Stadium in Navi Mumbai on Wednesday in their second match of the 15th season of the IPL.

The RCB team, captained by Faf du Plessis, has a chance to register a win in this match. The batsmen batted well for Bangalore in the last match. Captain du Plessis scored 88 and former captain Virat Kohli scored 41 not out. Kohli would now like to continue his same form against Kolkata as well.

The 33-year-old Kohli can achieve a big achievement in the match against Kolkata Knight Riders. Virat has so far hit 547 fours in 200 innings of 208 matches in IPL. If Virat hits three more boundaries in this match, then he will become only the second batsman in the history of IPL to have 550 boundaries in his name.

Shikhar Dhawan continues to top the list of batsmen who have hit most fours in IPL. The 36-year-old Shikhar has so far 659 fours in his name in the IPL. Former Sunrisers Hyderabad opener and current Delhi Capitals batsman David Warner are at number three in this matter. Warner has 525 fours in his name in IPL.
