Several teams were formed to catch Mihir, who was missing for three days after the accident. The police tracked Mihir to an apartment in Virar, about 65 km from Mumbai. Mihir is the son of politician Rajesh Shah, a member of Chief Minister Eknath Shinde's Shiv Sena faction. A dozen people, including Shah's parents and two sisters, are in custody.
