The Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) overcame a big challenge. The flight test of the CE-20 engine was conducted at the High Altitude Test Center of ISRO's Propulsion Complex (IPRC) in Mahendragiri, Tamil Nadu. It is the engine of ISRO's heaviest rocket.

This engine has been determined by ISRO for the LVM3-M3 mission. Under the mission, 36 satellites of OneWeb India-1 will be launched. If sources are to be believed, these satellites of London-based satellite communications company OneWeb are expected to be launched by ISRO's NewSpace India Limited (NSIL) on LVM3 early next year.

Testing is done after the launch of the first set of satellites

Earlier on October 23, ISRO launched the first set of 36 OneWeb satellites by NSIL from the Satish Dhawan Space Center (SDSC-SHAR) in Sriharikota. The LVM3 rocket was the first launch mission. According to London-based satellite communications company Network Access Associated Limited (OneWeb), its partnership with ISRO and NSIL will provide connectivity across India by 2023. Which includes access from Ladakh to Kanyakumari and from Gujarat to Arunachal Pradesh. The company said that OneWeb will provide security solutions not only for enterprises but also for enterprises as well as villages, municipalities, schools as well as remote areas of the country.

Fastest connectivity worldwide with four launches

Sunil Bharti Mittal, President, OneWeb, said that with this launch, 70 percent of the company's plan to build a fleet of 648 satellites in low earth orbit, or 462 satellites, will be completed. With just four more launches, the fleet will be able to provide high-speed fast connectivity across the globe. OneWeb required six launches which were delayed due to the war situation in Ukraine and Russia. We did some other missions back and forth and then two launches were done on a priority basis. He said that these satellites will be able to provide internet only in those parts of the country where connectivity is not possible.
