Congress's Bharat Jodi Yatra is in Telangana these days. People are gathering on the journey. On Friday, under the leadership of Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, it progressed in the Narayan Pet district.

The yatra will run for 16 days in Telangana and will cover 19 assemblies and seven parliamentary constituencies. The Yatra will enter Maharashtra on November 7. Rahul Gandhi will visit some prayer halls, mosques, and Hindu temples in Telangana.

Let us tell you, the India Jodo Yatra of Congress started from Kanyakumari in Tamil Nadu on 7th September. Rahul Gandhi covered Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, and Karnataka before the start of the Telangana leg of the yatra.

The yatra resumed on Thursday after a three-day break. The 'Bharat Jodo Yatra' was given a three-day break for Diwali and the coronation of Mallikarjun Kharge. Rahul Gandhi, who was leading the yatra, had reached Delhi during this time. He had attended the program of Mallikarjun Kharge becoming the Congress President. Friday is the 51st day of the journey.

Targeting the Center on the issue of Kashmiri Pandits

During the Bharat Jodo Yatra, Rahul Gandhi targeted the Center over the alleged exodus of Kashmiri Pandits in Maktal yesterday. He said Prime Minister Narendra Modi is enjoying power, while members of the minority community remain refugees in their own country. The former Congress national president alleged that the BJP has ruined the good work done by the UPA.

Kashmiri Pandits have become refugees in their own country: Rahul Gandhi

In a tweet, Rahul Gandhi said, "There have been thirty targeted killings in Kashmir this year. The exodus of Pandits is increasing rapidly. BJP has ruined the good work done by UPA. The Congress leader alleged that the Prime Minister, who spoke big things before coming to power, was enjoying power and Kashmir Pandits remained refugees in their own country.

BJP-Congress demanded an apology from each other

This comes a day after the Congress demanded that the Modi government release a white paper on the plight of Kashmiri Pandits during their eight-year rule and apologize for their targeted killings. At the same time, the BJP hit back saying that PM Modi has corrected the mistakes of former Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru related to the merger of Jammu and Kashmir with India and abrogated Article 370. The BJP also demanded an apology from Congress.
