2 new positive cases related to corona virus infection have been found in Karnal. One of these people is a vegetable seller from Prithvi Vihar and the other person is from Ramnagar. A resident of Ram Nagar came to the OPD for a checkup, when he was investigated for finding a corona suspect, he was found to be corona infection positive. The treatment of these two persons has been started and the process of sealing the concerned area has been started by declaring the area where it resides. Earlier in Karnal, in the beginning of last month, six cases of corona were found in Karnal district. 5 of them have become healthy. The first patient died at PGI.
According to Civil Surgeon Dr. Ashwini Ahuja, a total of 1635 samples suspected of corona virus were taken in the district now, out of which 44 samples have been taken on Monday. He said that the report of 1585 has come negative, out of which 129 reports have come on Monday and 42 reports are yet to come.
What do civil surgeons say
Civil Surgeon Dr. Ashwini Ahuja said that the number of travelers from abroad has been 1012 in the district so far, out of which 1012 persons have completed surveillance time of 28 days or more. He informed that the number of contacts and passengers up to 14 days is 118 and the normal number of OPDs received from all institutions is 54.
Blood sample for 50 people of Sugarmill
Shahabad Markanda (Nis): The process of taking samples by the Health Department is going on in Shahabad Sugarmill Colony.
