Under this, Quarantine Center in Uttar Pradesh will be formed in all districts. It will be necessary to screen the migrants returning from the state, including Maharashtra, Delhi, and other migrants returning to the state in the district. After this, it has been made necessary for seven-day home quarantine. Despite having no symptoms, he would have to remain in isolation for seven days. If there are symptoms, then quarantine will have to last for 14 days.
Following the instruction of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, the District Magistrates have been made aware of it. Now all districts have been instructed to work on war footing under special strategy to provide medical services along with RT-PCR screening of migrant labourer. In every district of the state, along with a quarantine center, the team of health department will conduct an RT-PCR check of these migrant labourer. The government will make arrangements for food, quarantine, and medicines of those labourer whose report will be positive. Along with this, after 14 days of monitoring in the isolation center, these migrant labourer will be transported to their home district by the buses of the Transport Corporation. The district administration will conduct the screening.
If symptoms are found, they will be kept in the Quarantine Center.
On receiving symptoms, it will be kept in quarantine. If an infection is found after examination, it will have to be isolated at the Covid hospital or home. If there are symptoms but are not found to be infected, they will be sent to the 14-day home quarantine. People without symptoms will stay in home quarantine for seven days. After arrival in the district, the district administration will prepare a line listing along with the address and mobile number along with scrutiny of each migrant. The names, address, mobile number, etc. of the migrants have to be entered in a register by the in-charge of the Quarantine Center. Those who do not have a home isolation system will be placed in institutional quarantine. Schools have been said to be reserved for this.
ASHA workers will monitor quarantine homes
A village monitoring committee will be used for community surveillance and a mohalla monitoring committee in urban areas. ASHA workers will visit each of these quarantined homes once in three days. It is to be known that during the Corona period last year, arrangements were made to maintain the workers and workers of the state, all those who work in the cart, khomcha, hawker, or daily workers.
