Kejriwal's retaliation on the arrest of Satyendra Jain: Delhi CM said - Prime Minister, please arrest all AAP leaders together

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Thursday again hit back at the central government. In a press conference, he has alleged that after Satyendra Jain, the government is also going to arrest Manish Sisodia by making a false case. A day earlier, Smriti Irani had questioned the Delhi government as to why Satyendar Jain remained a minister even after being arrested.

CM Kejriwal said - had been disclosed a few months ago

Arvind said that he had told a few months ago that the government was going to arrest Satyendra Jain in a fake case. Yesterday, it was reported from the same sources that the same is going to happen with Manish Sisodia in the next few days. The government has asked all the investigating agencies to make one or the other fake case against Manish.

Arvind said - Public work stops due to investigation and jail

CM said - Manish has illuminated the name of India all over the world. Such a person should be put in jail or they should be given the responsibility of improving the education system in the whole country. I think they want to stop the good work of education and health in Delhi by implicating both of them in a fake case, don't worry, I will never allow this to happen. All the good work will continue.

I always say that I do not know politics, I do not know what is the politics behind putting both of them in jail. I only know that putting them in jail is a loss to the country. If these two are corrupt then who is honest?

I request the Prime Minister that instead of putting them in jail one by one, you should put all the MLAs and ministers of the Aam Aadmi Party in jail together. Tell all the investigating agencies to do all the investigations together.

You arrest every minister, it hinders public works. Satyendar Jain was working on several mohalla clinics in Delhi, projects to clean the Yamuna and increase water, now they will all slow down.

The case in which Jain has been arrested has already been investigated by the CBI and Income Tax. They didn't get anything because the case is fake. Now the ED is investigating the same case again. For many years, different agencies will just keep on investigating each case, then when will they do the work of the public.

That's why I beg you. Arrest us all together. Get all the tests done together, and get as many raids done as you want. Do it together, so that after that we can work. We do not understand politics.

We have brought a certificate of honesty from the Modi government- CM

During this, Kejriwal said, 'I request PM Modi to get everyone arrested together instead of one by one. Some say it is being avenged for Himachal and Punjab elections. We do not know what is the reason, whatever it is, we are not afraid of being arrested. But get it all done together. You got us raided many times even 5 years ago. Not a single penny was found stolen from anyone.

20 of our MLAs were arrested, and all came out of the court. In all the cases, the court had reprimanded the investigating agency a lot for what they were doing. Today, we joke everywhere with pride that all of us have brought a certificate of honesty from Modi Ji. Now this jail-jail game has started again.

Our request is to arrest everyone and get all the investigations done. I have full faith that we will once again take away from you the certificate of the most honest and patriotic party in the country.

A day ago, Irani asked - How did you give clean chit?

Union Women and Child Development Minister Smriti Irani questioned Kejriwal at a press conference on Wednesday afternoon. He asked how Jain continues to hold the post of minister despite his arrest. Irani said- I want to ask Kejriwal that Jain did money laundering through shell companies and he also has 200 bighas of land in unauthorized colonies of Delhi.

Jain has done a scam of Rs 16.39 crore from these companies, despite this Kejriwal has given him a clean chit.

In 2018 also Satyendra Jain was questioned

Last month, the ED had attached assets worth Rs 4.81 crore of the Jain family and their associated companies. In 2018 also, ED had questioned Satyendra Jain in this case. Solicitor General Tushar Mehta, appearing in the court on behalf of ED, said that we have data entry as to how money was invested in hawala.
