Weather Update Today: Heavy rain warning in these districts of UP-Uttarakhand, Yellow alert issued in 25 states

Monsoon has departed from many states of the country, while many states are witnessing torrential rains. In many districts of Uttar Pradesh, it has been raining for the last two days. On the other hand, according to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of heavy to very heavy rains in many districts of UP and Uttarakhand today i.e. on October 7. IMD has issued a red alert for these states.

 

Apart from this, according to the department, there is a possibility of heavy rain in many states including Delhi, Haryana and East Rajasthan, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, West Bengal, Orissa. The Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert in 25 states today. Talking about Delhi-NCR, it will be cloudy throughout the day on Friday. There is a possibility of light to moderate rain in some places. After the fall, the maximum temperature is likely to be 30 while the minimum is 22 degrees Celsius.

Today the Meteorological Department has issued orders for UP, Uttarakhand, Haryana, Delhi, East Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, West Bengal, Maharashtra, Goa, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Puducherry and Sikkim, Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh. A yellow alert has been issued regarding rain in Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, and Tripura. Light to moderate rain may occur in some places along with thunderstorms and strong winds in these states. There is a possibility of heavy rain in some places.

According to the Meteorological Department, an alert has been issued regarding rain in many more districts including Lucknow, the capital of UP. According to the IMD's forecast, there is a possibility of heavy rain in western UP on Friday i.e. 7 October. Moderate to heavy rain continues in many districts including Ghaziabad, Gautam Budh Nagar, Meerut, Saharanpur, Bareilly, Moradabad, Rampur, Bahraich, Lakhimpur Kheri, Lucknow, Kanpur, Unnao, Pratapgarh, Faizabad, Gorakhpur, Gonda, Basti during the next 24 hours. Will stay The districts of western UP will also receive rain till October 9. IMD has issued an orange alert for UP. At the same time, a red alert is going on in Uttarakhand and North-West UP for October 7.

 

A red alert of heavy rain in Uttarakhand, a holiday in schools

 

Amidst the red alert of the weather, heavy rain has started in Uttarakhand. Clouds are raining intermittently from mountain to field. Because of the warning from the Meteorological Department, a holiday has been declared in the schools in the districts along with Uttarakhand. Schools will remain closed today in all five districts except Udham Singh Nagar of the Kumaon division and the Pauri and Uttarkashi districts of the Garhwal division. Administration and disaster management teams have been alerted in the districts.

 

 According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of heavy to very heavy rains in Uttarakhand for 3-4 days. Because of heavy rains, a red alert has been issued in the whole of Uttarakhand today i.e. on Friday. Meteorologists say that the government, government, district administration as well as officials related to disaster management need to be alert for 24 hours.

 

Light rain likely in Himachal

 

There is a possibility of light rain in some places in Himachal Pradesh on Friday. The weather has been predicted to be clear or cloudy in most places. Monsoon is going to depart from Punjab and it will be cloudy for the next three days. Light rain is also expected in some districts on Friday. This will result in a drop in temperature.

According to the Meteorological Department, due to the moist winds coming from the Bay of Bengal and the Western Disturbance becoming active once again, such weather activities have been created. The Meteorological Department has issued yellow, orange, and red alerts of rain in many states. According to the IMD's forecast, Delhi will receive moderate to heavy rains till October 10. At the same time, this process of rain in UP is going to continue today and tomorrow.
