Indian Ambassador Sanjay Kumar Verma, who returned from Canada, has made a big disclosure about Canada and the Khalistani supporters present there. Sanjay Kumar Verma says that Khalistani extremists and terrorists are a valuable asset for the Canadian Security Intelligence Service (CSIS).

In an interview given to Canada-based CTV News, Verma said that the Justin Trudeau government has always and always encouraged Khalistani extremists. He said that I also know that some of these Khalistani extremists and terrorists are deep assets of CSIS, and I am not giving any evidence again.

Alleged involvement of Indian agents in the murder of Nijjar

Canadian PM Justin Trudeau alleged last year that Indian agents were involved in the murder of Khalistani separatist Nijjar. India had called the allegation absurd and motivated. India had asked the Canadian government to provide concrete evidence to prove its allegations, but Trudeau could not do so. After this, last week, Canadian PM Trudeau made many more serious allegations against the Indian government. The Canadian government had named senior diplomats as persons of interest in the investigation of the Nijjar murder case, after which the relations between the two countries deteriorated further. India recalled its ambassador. In a speech last week, Trudeau said that the Canadian government's claims were based on intelligence, not on concrete evidence.

'The Canadian government should understand our concerns honestly'

He said, "We want the current Canadian government to understand our main concerns honestly, and not work together with those who are trying to challenge Indian sovereignty and territorial integrity." He said that Khalistani extremists are Canadian citizens who are challenging the sovereignty of another country.
