Tension at the peak between India and Pakistan

In response to the Pahalgam terror attack, Indian armed forces carried out missile attacks on nine terrorist bases in Pakistan under Operation Sindoor on Wednesday morning. These include the bases of Jaish-e-Mohammed, Lashkar-e-Taiba, and Hizbul Mujahideen. India carried out these attacks in Bahawalpur, Muzaffarabad, Muridke, and Sialkot. A large number of terrorists are reported to have been killed in these attacks. On the other hand, after India's action, Pakistan has talked about retaliation, which has raised the possibility of conflict breaking out in the region. Countries of the world have appealed to India and Pakistan to exercise restraint. Now, the visit of the foreign ministers of Saudi Arabia and Iran to India is also being linked to these efforts.
