Khushboo Patani: Khushboo got angry over the comment against Aniruddhacharya, warned of legal action

In the case of commenting against spiritual guru Premananda Maharaj, now actress Disha Patani's sister Khushboo Patani has once again warned those who defame her of legal action. Reiterating her point, Khushboo stressed that her viral video, which was edited and shared, was a target for spiritual guru Aniruddhacharya. She further said that I had already cleared this misunderstanding in an Instagram post, but many people ignored it. After this, she decided to give further clarification on her comment, which angered people.

 

Followers are sending wrong messages.

 

In a recently shared video, Khushboo said that the followers of both the spiritual gurus are speaking wrongly to her and sending wrong messages. Speaking about this trolling, she said that they should not pay attention to such claims without information. In the caption of this video, Khushboo wrote, "Fake news against me. Deliberate attempt to defame me."

 

Khushboo will take legal action.

Khushboo further said that I will file a case under the law of the country against all the accounts that are deliberately spreading fake news against me. During this, Khushboo also mentioned some channels and users who are saying wrong things about her. She said that this unnecessary trolling puts me at risk. I will file a defamation case against you under Section 499 and 500 of IPC for forgery and manipulation, under Section 465 and 469 of IPC, for spreading fake news or misleading content, under Section 505 (1) (B) of IPC, for hurting the dignity of a woman, under Cyber Crime and IT Act 66, 66D, 67 for harassing me online. I will not leave you.

This whole controversy started when Aniruddhacharya criticized women living in live-in relationships. He mentioned women going from one person to another. This angered Khushboo. Later, a video of Premanandji speaking on a similar issue surfaced, claiming that Khushboo had spoken against her. The controversy escalated further when Premanandji received death threats. Khushboo clarified that she had nothing to do with Premanandji's statement on women and also assured strict action against those trying to hurt her dignity.
