This time the group of 101 farmers who marched to Delhi for their demands has been named Marjeevda. Farmer leader Surjit Singh Phool says that Marjeevda does not mean taking someone's life but presenting oneself to sacrifice one's life.

Shri Guru Teg Bahadur had also formed Marjeevda group.

According to sources, the Central and Haryana governments are nervous about this. The Patiala Police Administration itself disclosed this in a meeting with the farmers at Shambhu Border on Thursday and said that this is the reason why farmers are being held back from allowing them to march to Delhi despite doing a peaceful foot march.

Phool said that Shri Guru Teg Bahadur Sahib had also formed his Marjeevda group, which included Bhai Matidas, Satidas, and Bhai Dayala. Farmers are carrying forward this tradition of Punjab. He said that the Central and Haryana governments want to stop the farmers from marching to Delhi by resorting to the word Marjeevda.

Farmers have also barricaded the Shambhu border. Barricading has been done by the farmers on the Shambhu border. Will continue. While talking, Pandher revealed that there will be a buffer zone in it, where volunteers will be deployed and no one will be allowed to go beyond this. The decision to barricade has been taken so that the situation of February does not arise again, because many times the youth get angry after seeing the atrocities on the farmers or as a part of conspiracy, an attempt should not be made to harm the farmers' movement by putting hooligans forward. Also, the farmer organizations do not want anyone else's life to be put in danger.

A rescue team of about 150 members will follow the farmers in the group. Pandher said that if tear gas shells are thrown on the group from Haryana through drones, then the members of the rescue team will immediately protect the farmers from the smoke by throwing wet sacks etc. on it. Wet handkerchiefs will also be kept ready to be tied to the mouth. Drinking water will be arranged for the farmers. An ambulance will also be there so that if any farmer gets injured, he can be immediately taken to the hospital to provide medical services.
