In his report, he said that during the rally, he was moving towards the stage to meet Vijay when Vijay's bouncers forcibly caught him and pushed him off the ramp. He has also said that he was assaulted during this time. The victim also alleged that the public was mistreated at Vijay's rally.

During this, his supporters standing in large numbers on both sides of the ramp can also be seen waving their hands at Vijay in enthusiasm and raising slogans in his support. At the same time, at the beginning of this seven-minute-long video, Vijay's bouncers can be seen throwing a man down the ramp.
Case registered under these sections
In this case, Perambalur police have registered a case against Vijay and his security personnel. Police have registered a case under sections 189 (2), 296 (B), and 115 (I) of the Indian Penal Code (BNS). These sections are related to illegal gathering, disturbing the peace, and inciting serious crime.
