Last day of PM Modi's Europe visit: Will attend Nordic Summit in Denmark today, will also visit Paris to congratulate French President

Today is the last day of the Prime Minister's three-day visit to Europe. PM will attend the Second Indo-Nordic Summit in Denmark today. Apart from Denmark, this summit includes Finland, Iceland, Norway, and Sweden. Nordic countries are important partners in sustainability, renewable energy, digitization, and innovation for India.

 

The meeting, to be held in Copenhagen, Denmark, will focus on topics such as economic recovery, climate change, innovation, technology, renewable energy, and Indo-Nordic cooperation in the Arctic region. Apart from this, PM Modi will also meet the state heads of Finland, Iceland, Norway, and Sweden. The first meeting of this summit was held in Sweden in 2018.

 

I will go to Paris to meet Emmanuel Macron

 

After this PM Modi will go to Paris to meet French President Emmanuel Macron. Macron recently won the French presidential election again. Along with this, both the leaders will discuss taking the Indo-France Strategic Partnership to the next level.

 

During their meeting, Modi and Macron will take stock of global issues and bilateral cooperation. PMO told through social media – This visit of PM Modi is taking place at a time when Europe is facing challenges and options on many fronts. India intends to enhance cooperation with its European partners.

 

PM Modi gave the slogan of 'Chalo India'

 

Yesterday, PM Modi met Danish Prime Minister Fredriksson and the top business leaders of India-Denmark. After this PM Modi reached the Bella Center to address the members of the Indian community. Here he expressed his gratitude to all the Indians and also gave the slogan of 'Chalo India' to the people.

 

PM said- Our country is celebrating the nectar festival of freedom. If you're going to believe it, I'll tell you. Taking a jibe at the silence of the people, the PM said – Looking at you people, it seems that some trouble is coming. I request all the countries living in the world, you can send 5 non-Indian friends to visit India every year.
