Bharat Jodo Yatra completes 100 days, now next year will be the election test of Yatra

Jaipur. The Bharat Jodo Yatra of the Congress entered its 100th day on Friday. Experts believe that before the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, Congress has got answers to many such questions, which it had been looking for for a long time, but the big question still exists that the yatra will be able to cross the polls. However, experts are of the view that Congress should have had concrete political objectives for the visit. He has also questioned the decision to bypass poll-bound states like Gujarat and Himachal Pradesh.

Join hands campaign soon, meeting on December 23

New Delhi. After the end of the Bharat Jodo Yatra, as a follow-up, Congress will launch the Hath se Hath Jodo campaign. The party wants to give organizational strength by activating the grassroots workers by running a join hands campaign in the states through which the yatra has passed and the states where the yatra has not reached. Regarding its preparation, General Secretary KC Venugopal has called a meeting of all General Secretaries, in charge of states, state presidents, and leaders of opposition in assemblies on 23 December.

The join hands campaign will be run at three levels. Yatras will be conducted at the booth and block level. Conventions will be organized at the district level and rallies will be organized at the state level. Through this, the youth and women of the party will be linked with a special message. Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge, along with General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi, is preparing to include more than two dozen senior leaders prominently in the campaign. In the letter issued by Venugopal, it has been said that on December 23, along with the Hath se Hath Jodo campaign, other organizational matters will also be discussed.
