Arpita Mukherjee, an aide of state government minister Partha Chatterjee, who was arrested in the school job scam in West Bengal, has made a big disclosure. Arpita Mukherjee says that Partha Chatterjee used to use her house as a 'mini bank'. Arpita told that Partha Chatterjee used to keep money in her house itself. ED sources have given this information. At the same time, this claim of ED can be challenged by the lawyers of Arpita Mukherjee. Lawyers say that the details of the investigation are being leaked from the media by the ED, which is wrong. Along with this, the question can also be raised about the low rate of conviction by the lawyers in the cases registered by the central agencies.

The ED had recovered Rs 21 crore in cash during raids at Arpit Mukherjee's house. Arpita Mukherjee, once an actor and model, was close to Partha Chatterjee for the past few years. Parth and Arpita were arrested on Saturday. Before that, the pictures of the cache of notes recovered from Arpita's house had become quite viral. According to sources, Arpita told that the entire amount was kept in a room of her house, where only Partha Chatterjee and his people had an entry. Arpita says that every week or once in 10 days, Partha Chatterjee used to come to her house.
