According to the information, PM Modi consumed local products Cheena ka bhaat and fafre ke pole and delicious rajma of the region along with curd buttermilk of Badri cow. Cheena and fafre are produced in Harshil Valley and high-altitude areas of the district. At the same time, it is also important from the health point of view. In Mukhaba, local women prepared this dish and served it to PM Modi.

Prime Minister Modi first offered prayers at the Ganga temple located at Mukhaba, the winter residence of Maa Ganga. PM took blessings by doing special worship of Maa Ganga for 20 minutes. After this, PM Modi visited the beautiful valleys of Harshil. PM saw the valleys from Mukhaba temple and Harshil's viewpoint. After this, PM flagged off the trekking and bike rally in Harshil. Harshil is such a tourist destination of Uttarakhand which is very suitable for people looking for peace and tranquility in the lap of the Himalayas. It is located on the banks of the Bhagirathi River at an altitude of more than 2500 meters above sea level. In winter, the valleys here look covered with snow. At the same time, in summer, the view here looks full of greenery. There are also many trekking routes here where tourists can visit.

While addressing the public meeting in Harshil, PM Modi gave a special mantra to the government to promote winter tourism and also appealed to the people to come to Uttarakhand in the winter season.
