He said that the fourth industrial revolution in the world is about to take place in the field of technology and it is related to innovation. He said that India could not become a part of the earlier industrial revolution due to different reasons, but this time India is capable of leading such a revolution.

During the program, the message of Prime Minister Narendra Modi was read by the Secretary, of the Ministry of Heavy Industries. In the message, the Prime Minister also said that India's industry and its industrialists are playing an important role in making the country a vital link to the global supply chain. He has also said in the message that through reforms and initiatives on our part, we have tried to ensure that India develops as a technology-based manufacturing hub in the world.
