Before the start of the T20 World Cup, the Indian team will play its only practice match on June 1. It will play against Bangladesh at Nassau County International Cricket Stadium in New York. In this match, Rohit Sharma will have a chance to test the playing eleven.

Rohit Sharma and Yashasvi Jaiswal can be seen opening the innings. Suryakumar Yadav, Virat Kohli, Rishabh Pant, and Sanju Samson will show their strength in the middle order. Hardik Pandya and Ravindra Jadeja will be in the role of all-rounders.

Bumrah leads the fast-bowling

Talking about bowling, Jasprit Bumrah will lead it. Bumrah will be supported by Mohammad Siraj and Arshdeep. At the same time, the Kulcha pair has returned to international cricket. After 2019, both can be seen playing together in the World Cup.

IND vs BAN Pitch Report

The practice match between India and Bangladesh will be played on the pitch in New York. 6 drop-in pitches have been made at Kentige Park, on which the Indian players practiced. Along with the fast bowlers, the spinners also got a lot of bounce here. Even if the spinners were releasing the ball comfortably, the ball was bouncing above the stumps.

The stadium where India's first round and practice matches are to be held also has drop-in pitches. There will be tremendous bounce there too. This stadium has been temporarily built in Eisenhower Park in Nassau County, New York. The temporary structure will be removed after the tournament.

The pitch is made of the soil of Adelaide Stadium

However, the soil for the pitch has been brought from Adelaide Stadium in Australia. Apart from this, like Adelaide, the stadium is also located near the sea. Therefore, the condition of the pitch can also be similar. The pitch will be bouncy and a lot of runs can be seen being scored like the Adelaide pitch.
